The Fit Guarantee
There's no obligation to purchase. If you do order after your session, your fit is guaranteed. In the event that your hat size or shape is not correct, PHYLLi will resize or reshape it at no charge. Fit guarantee claims must be raised within 14 days of your parcel being delivered. Return shipping to PHYLLi is at the customer's cost.

Fit Guarantee FAQs
Yes. There is no charge for the session and no obligation to purchase.
Most sessions take around 15-20 minutes depending on how many questions you have.
Contact PHYLLi within 14 days of your parcel being delivered and PHYLLi will arrange for the hat to be resized or reshaped at no charge. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Resizing adjusts the internal circumference of the hat and requires the entire hat to the pulled apart and put back together again. Reshaping adjusts the crown or brim profile. PHYLLi will assess which is required based on the fit issue.
No. The Fit Guarantee applies exclusively to customers who complete a Virtual Styling Session with PHYLLi prior to placing their order.
