At PHYLLi we're all about creative empowerment and given the way of the world today we have changed things up a little to offer our infamous group hat parties, virtually! So, grab your crew, wherever they may be in the world & and join us for an extraordinary once in a lifetime hat-making experience, online!
You'll each leave the virtual workshop with a one-of-a-kind custom designed hat to accompany you on all your favourite adventures.
Guided by our expert team, you'll get the opportunity to shape, trim and style your own hat into an accessory that captures your unique personality and gives you permission to be you, unapologetically!
Virtual hat making parties are an incredible opportunity for groups of 4-6 participants, perfect for your next team building event or Zoom catch-up.

Sizing
Add 1cm to your head measurement to determine your correct hat size.
For example, a 57cm head measurement wears size 58 hat.
The leather sweatband will gently mold to your head over time. Hats do not stretch.

Are PHYLLi Hats made in Australia?
Yes. Each PHYLLi hat is handcrafted in our studio in regional Australia by Laura Hall using premium materials sourced globally.
How should my hat fit?
Your hat should feel secure without pressure. Add 1cm to your head measurement to determine your size (eg. 57cm = size 58). The leather sweatband will gently mould to your head with wear. Hats do not stretch.
Can I wear a felt hat in warmer months?
Yes. Felts hats can be worn year-round, particularly for raceday and special occasion dressing. We recommend storing your hat correctly between wears to maintain its shape.
Is this hat suitable for raceday dress codes?
Yes. PHYLLi hats are designed for raceday, special occasions and elevated event dressing.
How do I travel with my hat?
Each hat is delivered in a travel hat box for protection and storage. For extended travel, we recommend using a purpose-designed travel case to protect the crown and brim.
